Never read the books, but if her character is 25% as annoying as in the movies... The main characters are so bad I end up cheering for the "bad guys".

Lmao Rowling accidentally made the world of Harry Potter right about magic declining in power. Ancient shit made by ancient wizards and people related primarily to ancient wizards have the real power. Death Eaters blame this on racemixing.
