Canadian cop here. Those guards fucked up big time but knowing the climate of hysteria in Toronto I doubt they'll see any consequences unless Walker decides to sue(which he should).

They probably thought they were working at a hospital. The hospital security are encouraged to pull that kind of stuff and it's than covered up.
