So if I say I'm addicted to gambling I can walk into Wal-Mart and just take booster boxes of trading cards?

Definitely yes if you're black in Seattle. Only about 2-3% of the population is black and as I'm sure you know white liberals are terrified of being caught on camera even just calling the police, let alone trying to prevent shoplifting.
