Getting sold repeatedly is usually a good indicator that that's not too far off. Apparently they didn't even get money this time, just Buzzfeed stock.

According to this article HuffPo loses 10-20 million $ per year and their staff is unionized. Sounds like a nice boat anchor for Buzzfeed.
