Radical Islam is an extremist wing, the same as radical Christianity that resulted in the inquisition.
It's just Islam without hundreds of years of citation, arbitration, and jurisprudence within Islamic law. That doesn't make it the creation of someone else.
It wasnt created by them, its fostered and spread. Globalists have been weaponizing islam for decades. See the Islamic Revolution in formerly westernized Iran. Also see the Communist Kurds and the "rebels" in Syria and Libya. These countries were well totally normal places before the globalists got involved.
These are wildly different factions.
The Shah was the Globalist ally. Not the Islamists. The Islamists and the Communists allied to overthrow the Shaw, and then the Islamists slaughtered the Communists because the Islamists are better at this kind of subversion and betrayal than even the Communists.
It's one of the reason the globalist neo-cons are obsessive about blowing up Iran. The Islamists are not allies unless the globalists can manipulate the situation to benefit them.
Meanwhile the Kurds are not Islamists, they are Communists. They are not allies of the Islamists, which is why Islamists and ISIS forces routinely tried to kill them all.
Islamic countries aren't normal places because of Islam. But barring that, Globalists fuck everything up generally. Not because they control the Islamists.
