I don't understand how you can be pro abortion, but against eugenics. Heck I'm not even here to preach the benefits of eugenics, just let the weak die off, like all of those people who can't feed themselves no matter how much education, money, and aid you throw their way. We've pissed $5 trillion on Africa so far, and all we've gotten out of it is 1.5 billion mouths to feed instead of 250 million. America isn't much better. Why can women abort babies that have already been born, but I can't say "screw giving more aid to people who only become a bigger burden, and are completely ungrateful to boot, not to mention detrimental to society".
