CSS can be changed, but it's purely manual. I'm not really familiar with this kind of base level form of CSS. Reddit had an accessible CSS suite, this just throws you to the wolves. I have to kind of learn CSS first.

Ew. Keep it clean I say. The less gumpf to fawn over the less likely we will acquire jannies. What jannie likes to "power trip" when there's no "fun toys". It also ensures people are judged on their merits, not arbitrary flairs or meme additions to banners.
