add flairs

this site supports flairs so why not enable them?

Actually, it doesn't. Not on our sites. Just on TheDonald.win. They took preference on mimicking T_D without implementing all the same features for everyone else. It's on the way, apparently.

Even if I could write the CSS for a flair, I don't have a way to assign it to you. Same thing with all the posts.

Apparently it does now. Okay, I'll see what I can do for post flairs. I have no idea if User flairs work.
