this site supports flairs so why not enable them?

Yes, I need to Sidebar.

CSS can be changed, but it's purely manual. I'm not really familiar with this kind of base level form of CSS. Reddit had an accessible CSS suite, this just throws you to the wolves. I have to kind of learn CSS first.
