We are safe for a while, but if they win the Senate they will pack the courts. Democrats on the Supreme Court always vote on the party line, they actually think that the Constitution is an old document that needs updated to modern times that tends to coincide with progressive stances. They do not want to amend the constitution but to reinterpret it in a way that they can get their way. They are trying that already with second amendment. Maybe I am wrong, but I see no evidence on why I would be wrong and some evidence that that is the direction Democrats want to take. Until I have new information my opinion is that freedom of speech is on the line in 2 years.
Yea at least with conservative justices they will surprise you. I’ve never seen a liberal justice do anything but vote for the left wing position
