I doubt it will get to North Korea levels any time soon,maybe never. Lets remember that they do not have the senate so they can not pack the courts. At least for the next 2 years first and second amendment are protected.
Is my belief that immigration will increase and the economy will get better up to a point. There will be increased taxation but it will not be a big impact as most people think.
The massive change will be in culture. Trump losing and the left celebrating will be an impulse for the leftists to double down on identity politics.
If in 2 years they get the senate then we are fucked without a dinner or a movie. Hate speech laws are already on the table and second amendment will be restricted to the ground.
Then we will have state enforced equity as Kamala wants and then online squads to filter out the wrong thinkers.
Once they get a second term they will increase taxation and globalization will go in to overdrive. The economy may take a nose dive but it will be blamed on Republicans.
But this doomsday scenario happens only if they take back the senate, if not then the leftism will have breaks.
