People should oppose the concept of incorporation. A corporation should offer no protection to the individuals that run and own the company. If you can buy and sell on the stock market, it is in fact not private, it's public.

The essence of a limited liability company is to give special protections from the government, to legal & financial abstractions for increased tax benefits; when the individual should be the most protected from government interference. Corporations are simply extensions of government power. Sole Proprietorships or Partnerships, that's how it should be.
