So I guess it’s president Biden. Does anyone think Trump can win in court?

I think the only way he wins in court is with a really, really smoking gun that I don't think he has. It's really a scenario I never considered happening with a Biden victory but not gaining the Senate and losing ground in the House. Trump is a fighter though, so while I'm pessimistic I'm not ready to throw in the towel.
There's a few certainties I think--censorship is now even more mainstream. Free speech is going to be tough. They will start going after the Internet much more aggressively. This control of speech worked out very well for them and it's something they will be much more empowered to do without a President in the way. Suddenly no one in public eye is even saying the news is fake, but it's fair and unbiased. Hate-speech places like this will be attacked viciously. They won't manage to kill it, but force it more underground and thereby making it more removed from the average person.
US policy-wise, meaning things they need legislation on I don't think will be super successful. This meaning things they won't get away with just decreeing--some healthcare things, court-packing, etc. At least not now. The focus will be on controlling the narrative to get more control of the congress in 2022.
I do hope if they push some things that some states stand up and tell them to fuck off. We need to make sure if we're in conservative states that they feel empowered to be defiant. This is probably wishful thinking on my part.
