This might sound like a funny thing when you consider that I like Memeology's video a month ago making fun of leftist people that hated on those that wanted to stay neutral. I'm fine with people who are apolitical, or don't want to talk about it openly for whatever reason. There's nothing for me to really take issue with that. But I do take issue with people who do decide to talk about it from a "neutral" sense.
First off, it's the same "both sides bad" shit over and over. Which is a valid stance, except for the fact that their fucking wrong. Who is it that created cancel culture? Who is it that bans speech they don't like? Who are the ones that overwhelmingly are rioting among multiple major US cities? It's the same shit that I saw with people back when I still used the KIA2 subreddit with Floyd's death. Going their bullshit middle position of "Oh, I don't want to abolish police but think that Chavin killed Floyd".
Okay, being moderate just means you're not taking a extreme position. It doesn't make you right or wrong depending on what the facts turn out to be. Facts that many of those same people didn't care for, when I spent literal hours researching terms like "excited delirium." Or going through that video and realizing just how little pressure that knee would've had on his neck.
Which goes to my second point. That being that a lot of these types are really ignorant of the censorship of big tech companies. It's far from new, which I know that pretty much everyone here is aware of that. But how is it when there's an election cycle, it only now becomes obvious? Like I remembered a video by a Youtuber known as "Hero Hei" Which I think some might remember with the Vic Mignogna. Where he completely missed the point of some tweet Eric Trump put up about how Google present the search result of "mob" compared to other search providers. He was talking about manipulation and it had nothing to do with anime outside of what Google was showing.
Finally, and this isn't technically only on them. But how much bitching about YouTube do I need to hear before some people make a second channel on a different site and promote them? It's pretty much everyone knows is how scummy the owners are, but no one bothers to do anything about it. Just keep posting videos on YouTube and nowhere else because what? That's where everyone goes to? Why should I even care about how YouTube might be screwing you over, if you're not going to even attempt to do anything about it other than whine?
There's probably more I could talk about this, but I've already put off on writing this long post for a week. And I just wanted to do it before election before people think I'm someone who's bitter about whatever the result it.
And yes, I will be bitter if Trump doesn't win. Because whoever anyone supports is irrelevant to any points they're making. But that's something that's better for some other topic.
By sane standards, Trump is far left. He is further left than Bernie before conceding.
How so?
Bernie wasn't openly calling for UBI. Trump has implemented it with the wuflu bills.
I just want to die :)
I didn't say that. I said Trump is far left in a sane world and objectively more left economically than campaign Bernie. Every modern POTUS has been more left than the last. The American right died at Pearl Harbor. Trump appears to be turning his guns on the Cathedral directly, which is a pleasant surprise.
Covid relief isn't UBI...?
Its that most people never did and never will care about making policy decisions. Playing to the center is weakness. Moderates choose from the extremes eventually.
Yuri knew
fuck enlightened alt-centrists, most of the time they are either stupid, ignorant, or both.
Nobody is really neutral. People only pretend to be neutral to avoid the consequences of being honest. "On one hand I can lose my job, on the other I can stfu when idiots are talking 'trump bad'." The choice is pretty easy and we will vote for the right person anyway.
We are at the point in which being neutral is no longer an option. If your going to continue to let leftist continue unchallenged then im going to treat them as an accomplice either willingly or unwillingly through cowardice
I pretend I'm neutral at times to avoid burning any bridges that I still want standing. There's not many left, but I'm not to the point yet that I'm ready to give up my job or cut off a select few family members over politics. It's getting to be a very, very short list of bridges though.
The reason I pick the right is that their policies line up with my opinions far, far, far, more than the left. Like 10:1 more. Hell, I'm not even sure if the current Democrat party has any policies I agree with that I don't have to alter the perspective to a best case scenario for me to like.
If Trump doesn't win and it doesn't look close or disputed--meaning the true majority of American voters believe in that crap--I'll be sad more than bitter. Not "literally shaking and crying" sad, just it will be the realization that what I believe to be the inevitable fall of the country is already here and it's too late. If he doesn't win from cheating, I'll be bitter. The fact is I have no idea what I'd do about it though. I have no qualms about giving my life to try to save my freedom, but not just as a guaranteed to fail solo performance.
at some point, and in some places ACTING neutral is the best option. letting people know how you feel can be dangerous both socially and even physically. Do you think a conservative, even a moderate one, in Seattle would dare take a stand? those that do end up in the hospital.
I suppose "acting" wasn't the best word to describe what I meant. It's more about people who actually ARE neutral. I generally believe they have some really shitty arguments that nearly no one calls them out on because they're not taking a "side".
You right wingers would be just as bad if you ever get control of education and the media.
Anything is better than communism. If I were to choose between compulsory religious education vs compulsory leftist education I choose the former. The only problem with the former in practice, is that it very easily build support to shift over to the latter, so it won't last. As such, privatized education all the way
Fuck that, I don't want to be forced to be lectured on fairies and that nonsense.
I don't want medical journals publishing religious propaganda. I'll take the Christians over Progressives every time.
Fuck religion. I'#ll take the progressives to fairy tail believers
I bet you believe the sacred face garments protect you from Xi's demon in the air. Do you do the cleansing rituals properly, or are you a cafeteria progressive?
The fuck are you on about? I'm just saying: fuck religion and fuck religious education. religion has no place in education and the state
Are you going to remove gravity from mass next? Progressivism is a religion. It's a perversion of Christianity. Secularism itself is a Christian concept. "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's."
The wuflu has demonstrated that well. Everyone is turning to the Science priests to learn the rituals that will ward off the Beijing demon in the air. The mainstream medical advice isn't based on empirical evidence; it is religious doctrine.
The State has no place in civilization. Education should educate, and it will only do so if it is fully private.

It is funny that he thinks progressivism isn't literally entirely based on fairy tales.
How so? They discuss racism which exists in real life, maybe not in your right wing bubble. Inequality exists in real life as well you know.
They go way too far but they focus on things that exist in real life unlike you religious dreamers.
Progressives are also blind, unquestioning believers in a religion, ie the religion of socialism.
So instead you are lectured on how giving people "free" shit by the state by stealing from "the rich" will create a utopia. The fairies at least tell me to live a good life
The right and religion have nothing to do with one another. Some of the most sucessful communes have been religious. Many of the furthest right-wing liberatrians self-identify as atheists.
You guys aren't power but if the right wing win, we'll see. As long as you guys don't put dissenters in camps of course
Because you guys aren't in charge of media and education yet

Are those people reporting me? How weak minded are they? Jesus Christ...
Wait ... I thought that right wingers had control of the U.S. for the first 200 years of its existence and that's why everything was so "awful"?
Yeah they had slavery, segregation, white supremacy etc... Right wing paradise basically
I'm not a right winger retard
The "right-wing" that makes up the current RNC are spinless neo-cons, they won't do a fuckin' thing unless it involves protecting our greatest ally in the middle east. They couldn't give two shits about the home front.
I wish the "right-wing" had the balls to enact compulsory religious education and restore Christianity to its rightful place in this country, would be a damn sight better than this pseudo-communist dystopian hedonistic hellscape currently in America, but it won't happen.
Fuck no. To hell with Religion!
The irony of using a religious figure of speech in that sentence.
