I've changed employers a few times, mostly to maximize income, all companies I've worked for had:
special training for women only
management coaching for women
internal policy for hiring more women
So the gender pay gap is a worthless metric that women used to gain unearned advantages in the workforce. And what they complain now is that if you have kids you earn less then women that do not have kids. So now they want to increase their advantage even more.
So women with kids should earn even more.

How bad a person am I that I am glad that most of this women end up in relationships that they hate, miserable and without children?
