Not just C(anadian)TV, while a search for "Borat trudeau" brings up results they're about the BC election & Borat is just linked in a side article. I searched for "Borat blackface"/"Borat black face" with zero results.
The CBC has an article about the Giuliani BS (so does CTV), and one about an inflatable Borat in Toronto's harbour but no stories or even mentions of our Prime Minister's most embarrassing moment.
When The Daily Show (w JS)/Colbert Report would even mention Canada, it would get a story...now nothing.
