Turns out banning the visits of relatives who spent an hour or two every day to spoon-feed their elders, at a time when staff is calling in sick because, duh, the caught an extremely contagious virus, results in nobody feeding and changing Mrs. Oldina ElderSickington who has late stage Alzheimer.
