You can come up with a lot of different reasons for why it happens, but it still boils down to "people should stop eating so much ."

that's why you shouldn't be snacking on things either. I saw a reddit post one time of an Asian woman who married an American and the guy could not lose weight no matter the many different programs he tried. Yet he refused to eat like his wife(his wife ate no snacks and if she did happened to eat snacks she would skip the main meal) His wife stayed skinny while the husband was fat because he ate the main meals and ate the snacks.

they did. My main point in my posts were "America has the highest obesity rates in the world because Americans eat too much" (and there's proof that Americans eat too much, America's portion sizes are larger than the rest of the world.) And people got angry with me for that and acted like eating too much food doesn't contribute to being fat

it is a contradiction. Why shame American women for being fat if its not their fault? What did they do wrong if the problem isn't "eating too much"?

If im wrong about it then why do so many people shame American women for being fat?

I always hear people say they want the Asian waifu because they aren't fat unlike the American women, but wouldn't that imply its the American women's fault for eating too much?

But people say that its not because Americans eat too much its because the food in America is unhealthy. And if that's the logic then how can we attack and blame the American woman for being fat if its not the American woman's fault, that the food in America is unhealthy ?

that goes for all grocery stores not just Asian ones though. Seriously ask Asian grocery stores where their food comes from i guarentee you a lot of it are locally sourced and not from overseas.

Maybe, but the amount of people that got so angry with me just for saying "gluttony is bad" is really astounding.

you did. you accused me of not being Christian because i said the guy shouldnt have forgiven the murderer of his son. Stop trying to change the story.

I wasn't on an "Asian diet crusade" i was on an "Americans eat too much which is why America has the highest obesity rates in the world " crusade (yes the type of food you eat is also very important but eating too much is also bad. Gluttony is a sin for a reason)

There's a common saying in Japan . "Eat until you are 80% full" Hara hachi bun me 腹八分目

And considering Japan is the thinest first world country ,and the saying came from Okinawa which is one of the longest lived cities in the world so its probably good advice.

There's a reason i said "traditional " Japanese food. and not Japanese food in general. The traditional stuff is healthy

the data comes from here, not just the AI summary https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/health-statistics/overweight-obesity of course if you actually read my other post instead of immediately posting without using your brain and eyes you'd have seen the link already.

I just feel sorry for you that you are such a glutton that you bitch this much when someone tells you that you shouldn't be eating so much. Keep eating like a pig and getting more fat then . Gluttony is a sin for a reason

There's a girl who did her own investigative journalism and discovered that the "third party" that's responsible for banning products is ... Visa and Mastercard themselves. They created a company that they control with a directive to "protect their brand" by not allowing certain purchases. They then point to that company, which they themselves created and control, as the problem.

Interesting comment i found under the video about the situation

I never implied anything. You DID get angry with me for saying he shouldn't have forgiven him. You were bitching at me for "not being a Christian" and insulting me.

Well jokes on you. Like i said, it turns out the "Christian father' just hated White people like i suspected he did.

The Guardian made an entire article saying that the reason Indians have a diabetes problem is because of the 31 famines that happened under British rule which turned them "starvation-adapted" by developing a tendency to generate and store fat instead of burning it off.

While the Guardian was just blaming White people as usual, the idea that going through famine would make people more prone to obesity because the body would want to store fat more, makes more sense than the idea that going through famine would make people less prone to obesity.

Why are you so mad at me? You were also angry at me when i said that the "Christian father" shouldn't have forgiven the black guy who killed his son. And lo and behold the "Christian father" turned out to be woke and he hated White people

Asian family eats much, much more homecooked meals

This one i can agree with . But i still stand by my belief that their homecooked meals have smaller portions sizes than what other races eat in America .

Going through thousands of years of malnutrition doesn't make you less likely to being obese, in fact its more likely to make you more prone to being obese easily because the body would be trained to retain fat in order to keep going longer for when there's no food around.
