he's in favor of killing people on such an arbitrary basis as intelligence.

I am in favor of that, it isn't a reason for abortion though.

There is excessive government power. The government being able to send in a SWAT team due to that call is not excessive power.

I mean, it isn't really excessive. They call in active shooter/hostage situations. A very basic role of government and you generally need a SWAT team for that.
