Honestly, it's something that I've been against in this so-call community for years now. Not only was it tiring to hear someone say that they're not racist, or sexist, or whatever else the left said was a bad thing. It's playing into their side of the argument and like you said. It doesn't matter because they'll still hate you.
The same goes with that "they're the real racists" thing that some people do. I agree with them, but it's still going by what SJW's consider racist, rather than just what the term has always meant and should always mean. Like people are fine with pointing out that they seem to view nonwhites as inferior that need saving. And in a sense, that's kind of true. But that's just ignoring the type of people that these SJW's are, and that would be the fact that they're racist towards whites.
I think there's a fair bit more examples that I could bring up. The one that I take most issue with would be related to the response to false rape accusations. But that's something I would rather talk about in its own thread.
Yeah, it's stupid because it accepts the leftist premises and narrative. They're unwilling to abandon their precious leftist ideology, so their arguments just end up being about how actually they're the true leftists or whatever.
