What in the fucking hell are those damn creepy ass replies?

Apparently a script used in Ethiopia and by Rastafarians. No context. This may be something similar to China bot accounts. It's still creepy as fuck. They all say the same thing. It's either that or edgelord teenagers who got obsessed with Randonautica.
