I ripped the video so I wouldn't have to link to social media. I wouldn't be surprised if they blocked it at this point.

It pretty much confirms much of what we already knew; the kid is innocent and was clearly defending himself.
That video has been out since day 1, nothing new there. Its cut and fucking dry self defense. The only new thing is they identified the fuckstick who shot 50' away from Kyle. The NYT Twitter feed went through the entire incident showing it was self defense.
At this point, I want the DA's fucking balls trussed up like a Christmas Goose and fed to him through his asshole. He needs to be be disbarred and have a civil suit against him for denying Kyle his personal liberty.
You DO NOT placate the mob by giving them their lynching targets. That just encourages the mob and makes everyone' lives miserable. The DA needs to be turned into an example on what happens to cowards who violate their oath of office for political expediency.
A murder charge WILL turn this case into a civil war catalyst. There is no room for doubt with it. If they try to get him on unlawful possession due to age/state lines, it better be with an appropriate punishment, because that’s the best they’re going to get, anything more is out of the question.
