How do you do it? Deporting them would be impossible, but if I imagine many of them wouldn't be glad to hear they'll have no welfare and they'll have to earn money and pay taxes like a citizen (Now, I don't know how many of them are like that, but I can imagine the ones that are in their countries for years and can barely speak their language don't have good jobs) and maybe they will leave?
