Every cell provider has a block list you have to call to override. I think even this site and TD.win are on some of them.

Yeah in Ireland. The network im with comes pre installed with a parental filter. "THREE " is the carrier.

It's pretty patchy. Porn it's blocked but not porn on reddit. Half chan is blocked but not best Pol etc
