Lisa Bloom: Nikki Haley says America is not racist. Then says she and her family faced discrimination growing up.
Lil Benji WAP: As it turns out, you can experience discrimination from people in your country without blaming the entire country for it.
Democratic Strategist Leslie Marshall responded by saying "Says the white woman".

Uhhh Nikki Haley is the daughter of Ajit Singh Randhawa and Raj Kaur Randhawa
She then blamed the interns: https://twitter.com/thealexvanness/status/1298127561336266754
It’s only racist when you change the definition weekly. As a black man born in 1980 I can gladly say I’m not oppressed. I don’t take seriously people who act like America is the worst place in the history of the planet. If it was that horrible they would’ve left. At some point western countries need to stand up to this. Also laughable is all the millionaire minorities who have become wealthy by lecturing white people about racism.
Those white guilt dinner parties are a fucking mazing
So she apparently hires openly racist interns. Good to know.
Everyone in the dem party is openly racist
How does this help race relations in the US? Makes everyone she and her parents lived around sound angry and hateful. Her parents apparently didn't try to assimilate to the American culture: why were they surprised when they were treated differently? For that matter, if someone can't even be bothered to adopt the clothing style of their new culture, is it even a bad thing if the natives treat them differently to encourage assimilation?
If I moved to a small town in rural India, you can be damned sure I'd stop eating beef and expect to be run out of town on a rail if I complained about not being able to find a good steak.
I have no idea why people praise this chick except for muh based minority that will throw whites a bone once in a while.
I think that's it, and she's marginally attractive for a politician.
Frankly her parents should have been deported for refusing to assimilate. I'm tired of people moving here and shitting on the natives because they want to pretend they're still in the "old country". You left for a reason: leave your baggage behind. "When in Rome do as the Romans do" should be legally binding.
Yeah it's awful. Should definitely be a criteria for citizenship, except we hand citizenship out like candy. These types of Indians generally have the "I'm better than you" air as well. Like they've brought over their caste mentality.
My wife, who is an immigrant, put a “like” on a comment about USA being one of the least racist countries, that someone had posted on the neighborhood app. One of our American neighbors called her out and called her “evil”.....for not thinking that Americans are racist.
Funny: I think she's ungrateful for not being a lot more conciliatory to her adopted nation than she was. She still focused on the "discrimination and hardship" her and her family experienced while downplaying her statements about how her parents didn't seem too keen on assimilating into American culture.
How she could have phrased her speech without implying the natives were racist and made it sound as though she had some appreciation for people who were under no obligation to let her parents into their country at all let alone start businesses and have tenured positions at universities.
