Yes, we can undo it. We can put women back in the metaphorical "chains" necessary for society to function properly again. They will totally submit to that easily. And we can get every 20 something year old man to vote AGAINST getting laid until after marriage.
This is not something that goes back into the bottle, and especially not with something as simple as a vote.
Its already illegal to fuck children. People still do that. Pot is illegal, yet you can openly ask where to get it and everyone you know probably did it once.

Many media juggernauts are in expensive drawn out legal cases against Nick Sandmann, have they stopped losing their absolute shit at everyone they think is slightly on the Right? This isn't "just business" like everyone thinks, its weaponized morality. Ask the Church how well that worked for them for centuries of the Middle Ages (hint: pretty fucking well).

Unless your proposition massively expands slander laws to include rumor spreading and other low end gossip, this will continue all the same as well. And this is full of extra consequences.
This is beyond corporations and laws, its a manifestation of a rot within society itself. Its pure hedonism mixed with impotent rage manifesting as misandry/misanthropy, and that won't be taken away with any law any better than the 19th Amendment made people stop drinking "for their own good."

It would take a massive societal collapse and a reset event to even hope to fix things.
