He should. We have some people working on worse things than what Snowden did and saw right now. They won't step forward if they're being pursued by everyone.
He needs to put Flynn in charge of purging commies from the alphabet soup.
He needs someone for the FBI for sure. Flynn should know exactly what he needs to find there.
I thought Trump hated Snowden?
Maybe he has done some researching on it and changed his stance.
Finding out the extent to which he himself was surveilled probably played a big part in him understanding Snowden's need to expose that growing danger to the public.
But that would go against my one dimensional view of him! How dare he does something that doesn't conform to my MSM mandated opion of him!
From what I remember, he didn't like leakers and wouldn't pardon them as a general rule.
Snowden was more before my time paying attention to politics, can someone give me a fair rundown on the situation at the time, or the general fair perspectives?
For me, I see it as a guy who definitely broke the law, leaked very important stuff - but is also kind of the example of the kind of leak that most people are in favor of. I can understand the need to want 0 leaks, and to constantly protect against such, but I can also understand if my government is doing very illegal shit that it leaking is more important maybe.
I have trouble giving that benefit of the doubt to the slew of leaking shitfucks who are trying to screw over Trump. But I don't have that feeling towards Snowden - he seems to be the real deal. Change my mind, I guess?

He saw that the government was secretly spying on its own citizenry in a blatant disregard for the constitution. Where most people would justify such actions or keep their head down, Snowden leaked that info at the risk of his own personal safety and comfort.
He exposed blatant violations of the law and US citizens privacy but also dumped a metric fuck ton of irrelevant data he had no clue about that couldve very easily gotten people killed.
Do it, and when he gets reelected he should pardon Assange.

Yeah this pardon is almost a formality because there is 0% chance he is actually safe to ever walk in a Western Nation whatsoever.

Like I get it some of what he leaked was relevant and good but maybe we don’t encourage massive classified data dumps so large the person leaking them has no clue what all is in it?
