Loads of minor and even major issues that havent been reported on the MSM at large have been dealt with fine by cabinet ministers, the economy has been handled well by Sunak (yes, we have had a drop in GDP thanks to the pandemic but every other nation has as well), Brexit negotiations are going fine, Cummings has been reforming the civil service so its less idiotic/jobs for life/treacherous etc.
