He is correct though, blacks used to be a monolith but I am not sure if they still are, we will have to see in November.
Latino on the other hand are more diverse in term of voting patterns, maybe because a lot of them identify as white and have Spanish or Portuguese ancestry.
The sad part is that the left has made Latino identity a thing, not Mexican or Chilean but one monolithic group. We are at a point that I know guys of Spanish decent identifying as Latino.
Rather then focusing on what we have in common, like European ancestry the left made sure that second generation Latino have the same mentality against white people as blacks.
And the cherry on top, the left claims that the right is the one being divisive not their identity politics centered on whites evil and everyone else is a fucking saint.

This has actually been really weird to see how it's changed over the past few decades. I grew up in an area that turned majority Hispanic in the 1980's and the Hispanic community there was extremely balkanized. What country your family was from, whether you were 1st or 2nd generation, whether you were Catholic or Protestant, what type of Spanish you spoke (if any), etc. Though everyone I knew who went to college came back completely brainwashed with the current incarnation of "Latinx" identity we're seeing now.
