All it is a way for "nice" people to say, they too know black people are less intelligent in comparison to themselves.

It's like if you go to Japan or China or India or any country really and discover that the majority ethnic population has the most opportunities.
But when the same thing is discovered in white western countries, in spite of generations of laws designed to fight it-- then it's a complete travesty that requires the entire civilization to be dismantled and replaced with something that will somehow manage to be more fair
Privilege is the obligation to stay quiet after having to constantly give things up to avoid making someone else feel un-special. Interview for a job or contract? The law says someone else gets it. College admission? Sorry, seat's taken. New streaming TV series you can relate to? Haha, get lost.
