Keep in mind the secondary effect of TLJ was killing enthusiasm for the franchise and later sales, though.
This kind of insane dropoff usually means you alienated your core audience and the word of mouth is at nuclear waste levels of bad, so your forward projections for this project and future projects should be downgraded.

How's the actual game? Not the story - I know the story is all LGBT+ crap, but TLoU1 had some pretty cool gameplay avoiding zombie creatures and smashing people over the head with baseball bats. Pretty cool. It also had that giraffe scene, which I still remember being happily amazed over.
I don't have a PS4 anyway, so I won't be buying it - just curious.
