Do you think I was saying that no one can be successful in life unless they were born into the ruling class? I was certainly not.
Marie Antoinette was born into the ruling class. She was unfailingly polite. She was not successful. Nothing about her life was successful.
Jean-Paul Marat was not born into the ruling class. He was not polite. He was aggressive and abrasive. He was very successful, until he wasn't anymore.
