Yes, it's common for dumb hicks to repeat folksy cliches. We have already established that you're a dumb inbred hick; you don't need to prove it any further.
Kimura may have used a Japanese word that translates to "fixation"; considering that he died many decades ago, he's not exactly current in his field. Frankly, anything before PCR was informed speculation, and everything after PCR is carefully quantified; evolution "skeptics" frequently talk about science as though nothing happend after 1993.
