Burner phones may be a thing of the past as a new FCC proposal will require carriers to collect a customer's name, address, ID number, and alternate phone.

I don't know about Russia, but everything in Chyna is tied to your real identity. By better I guess you meant they already have draconian surveillance, they just don't pretend to be against it or claim it's for the benefits of the people
