No, there's two places in Philly across the street from one another. One of them has always used Cheese Wiz, in the authentic cheesesteak. The other serves the authentic cheesesteak with provolone cheese. Baltimore is responsible for so many things, don't put cheese wiz subs on them.
Personally, I like my cheesesteak with Cooper Jack cheese or provolone.
