Is the security footage actually too blurry to see the license plate? Why do they even think it is his? Why do they even have such a security camera if it can't identify the cars?
Usually just knowing what the car is will be good enough for proof. It's only really an issue with situation like this.
It seems like situations like this would be super common with black Nissan Altimas, grey Toyota Corollas, white pickup trucks, etc
