In your mind them saying they wished Kirk dead is evidence they planned it together, which is proof the prosecutors were in on it because they didn't prosecute, which proves that Tyler didn't do the shooting.
Simple delusion more like.
No, this was a reference to Kirk dying at a specific time. Coincidentally, that prediction was fulfilled.
