The character expressions are great. This series really is much more playful and youthful than anything before it, but still respectful of the material. It walks a perfect line. Netflix's SAC_2045 was a stiff, stale impersonation of Production I.G.'s GitS that everyone knew to avoid just from the trailer. Honestly, most fans do well to pretend that it never happened. This new series is a breath of fresh air!
