Sean Malstrom writes a very long essay on the idea that the English British system moved from political power to financial power. It wants to be the central bank, and desires to extract all goods and services through itself. Money Laundering, drug trade, oil wars and such are a means to extract more money. In videogame terms, this is Sony selling dlc for new levels vs the modding scene back in the day.
They want to extract everything and be the only source of service. It will claim the invisible hand, and then secretly force things in its favor. Don't like how the government is doing things, suddenly the country is overwhelmed by foreigners who like it. The middle East has oil and its own production? Wars and terrorist organizations spark up. Malstrom blames London, but says the actual geographic location doesn't matter since it's a network with hubs.

Seems like a poor lens to evaluation things. It feels a bit forced. Someone just wants to compare everything to central banking because they don't like central banks. They want to push a resource extraction model like colonialism but what we have isn't really that. What's going on is far more complex than that.
Ultimately, rich people are colluding together such that they don't care about their home country or national identity. Rich people want to "extract all resources" from all countries for themselves and they've realized that all rich people working together can work better than competing with one another.
Immigration leads to more workers which depressed the cost of labor which is good for owners of capital aka rich people. The mixing of races makes politics in a democracy easier for rich people to control. It's that simple. Rich people believe with AI, Tech and Government control that they can turn even 60 IQ Sub Saharan Africans into productive workers. Rich people live on their superyachts so they don't care about the social ramifications to a society they dump these black people on.
Many wars aren't necessarily about oil but are entirely about Israeli foreign policy. Jews having significant dominance of wealth and power in the USA means "resource extraction" isn't the only goal since maybe powerful jews use their power to push jewish interests. A lot of rich people are fine with this as long as they get their wealth and power protected through the collusion.
