Yeah, that's fair. When I say he wasn't exactly our ally I meant he wasn't one of the people directly trying to unfuck the articles that we focus on. His main article work was on uncontroversial encyclopedic topics. It's just that the people shitting up the articles were also maliciously gaming WP's internal processes to go after their opponents so we shared a common enemy with Corbett. It's less that he disagreed with us and more that he was fighting a different but loosely related battle against the same bad actors.
