The CIA was formed in Reaction to the Soviets Screwing us over on Eastern Europe, establishing puppet regimes over its occupied territories. The Soviets were spying on us as well at that point too.
The second 2 is just a country setting itself up. Every country has someone it wants action against, and reacts accordingly when acted upon.

My guess was Israel just hated its neighbors and wanted to sway public opinion to its side worldwide. It isn't surprising that a tiny nation at odds with most all of its neighbors except Iran at the time would want to keep itself hanging on. What would YOU do in that situation, keel over and die? It is an instinct to self-prolong.
israel was created by the (((Rothschilds))) on top of already occupied land. And now controls the United States. This is more than just "hanging on".

It's merely conquest. Nobody "Occupies" land unless you can defend it.
Israel only gets aid since their end of the contract states they can only buy weapons from American manufacturers. Israel exists primarily so the Military-Industrial complex can report massive growth in the 4 quarters and pump up the stock price (Having for-profit defense corporations wasn't the best idea).
