When a pretty black woman tries to be White, she can be attractive from afar but black womens skin tends to be quite unappealing up close. Black women are without a doubt the most unattractive of all the races.
This has been repeatedly proven by every dating survey ever conducted. Black women are the least desirable demographic, and it isn't close.
The deterioration of western white women can be understood as a descent into black beauty and behavioral norms.

You're not entirely wrong to compare White women's descent to becoming black women but White women were on the way down without black women at all.
However, it's an interesting comparison because some people view black people as the race most removed from God and Whites are the race closest to God thus any descent would always be from White to black.
Plenty of Scripture, particularly Song of Songs, equates beauty to Whiteness.
