Absolutely. But they still make them convert to join the club. Judaism is a very deceptive matriarchal ethnicity/religion. To keep their lineage in the club, the men mostly keep their genetics in the group, whereas the women get to covertly poison the bloodlines of others who aren't/weren't paying attention.
