Is this because they just rolled out the “woman riders can select woman drivers” feature? Must have realized the crashes went up. But seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever had a woman Uber or Lyft driver ever. I’d have to imagine it is an extremely long wait time since there’s maybe 5% of the driver pool in a city that’s a female if I had to guess. And that’s if you actually even get a real woman.

Driving a car is harder than sitting at a desk all day scrolling TikTok. So a lot of women probably think driving for Uber is an "ick" job.
