Nk is probably pretty low on the hate list, it locks itself up and the problems are kept domestic and didn't try to meddle in other countries' affairs. Other than the saber rattling every couple of years to keep the Russian/Chinese aids flowing, they're not too bad
Sometimes I actually prefer them to south korea.
One of the last countries without a Rothschild central bank. So you know they're on the list.
