Do you mean African or just black? My list without thinking too hard would probably be:

Harry Kane (white, English)
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (whitish, Georgian)
Kylian Mbappé (black, "French")
Lamine Yamal (black, "Spanish")
Vitinha (Portuguese)

Last Ballon d'Or winner is also black, Ousmane Dembele.
