She does ask him point blank if he likes her in the movie. He could have left the friend zone without the wish, if he had the guts to say yes I like you.
I think that’s the whole point of the movie. Man up or end up in shit.
This 100%. The modern BPD skankasaurus will only ever see you as subhuman vermin for not being a dark triad alpha. Learn to at least fake the key traits of narcissism, Machiavellianism and psychopathy as well as getting a decent wardrobe and hit the gym (not obsessively, just enough to not look like a skinnyfat loser). And for fuck's sake quit porn.
