They have no idea how fucked they are if they no longer receive any help from US government and they are doing a really good job of souring that relation fast

They really screwed themselves with the Iran war. The Dems have been turning on them for a decade and while the GOP is still far behind they've fast-forwarded the process by a couple decades. The boomers won't be around to enable them forever.
