Basketball players have been speaking out about their contracts for a few years now. They signed away enough that when they're out of contract they call it slavery. Again in basketball, some of the greats have kids in the game. And they've spoken out about how their kids contracts bear no resemblance to what their contract looked like.

I know it's a different sport, but it's something you can look at for yourself. What has become a normal sport contract is past treating them like kids.
