Have you SEEN a Norwegian jail? Fuck it, I'd commit armed robbery to be in one of those!
What I've seen of them remind me of slightly nicer versions of the American public schools I was sentenced to endure for 13 years of my life.
Curious though what they'd do if their prisons got full of blacks where none of that structure holds up anymore. I guess their current answer is let them roam free.
Unless you get unlucky or the government hates you, then they ship you off to the Balkan’s and you spend time in a run-down communist era prison that’s somehow in worse shape than when the state secret police was running it.
